I can but contact a virtual assistant and is completely useless. Does not empathise my trouble .  I take been trying to dig up a support email adress and so I tin ship them a e-mail describing my problem. Merely im not having any luck. I don't spose you lot know the email?

I am having the Exact aforementioned outcome and information technology'south now the end of November and I have tried absolutely everything under the sun besides calling Microsoft. I don't even know if this is able to even be resolved by them. Please let me know if you lot're notwithstanding going through information technology or if you establish a solution Please HELP :)
